Submissions marked "COR25-00145 – 2026 - 2027 Small Diameter Watermain Relining" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Thursday March 5, 2026. The City of Regina (City) seeks proposals from qualified firms with a demonstrated track record in relining asbestos (AC) water main pipes. This initiative is part of the City's proactive efforts to rehabilitate its water mains. Among the methods employed to reduce pipe failures and prolong the lifespan of the water mains, Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) method will be utilized for this project. The scope of work encompasses a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, water main relining using CIPP technology for the specified locations. It also includes associated activities such as site inspections, traffic control, temporary water supply setup, pit excavation, backfilling, replacement of fittings, valves, hydrants, robotic service reinstatement, lead service replacement, and more. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website. Additional InformationThere will be an information session regarding this competition on Wednesday February 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., C.S.T. (SK) for any interested proponents to attend. The session will take place via video conference using Microsoft Teams. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 3:00 pm, CST.
