The City of Saskatoon requires professional design services to plan and design an enhanced streetscape for 23rd Street East, spanning from Spadina Crescent to Idylwyld Drive, including all intersections. This includes the design of the street into an urban linear greenway, with the provision for protected bike lanes, pedestrian-focused improvements, increased plantings, expanded open spaces, and the incorporation of a transit hub near the intersection of 23rd Street and 3rd Avenue.
