NSN 2540007376203. Bumper, Vehicular IAW Drawing #19207 7376203. Quantity: 1255/ 5020 with incremental and option quantities. Unit of issue: Each. Destinations: New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Delivery schedule: 130 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 11-22-04. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments solicited: from 628 to 1255, 1256 to 2510 and 2511 to 3765.
