40 CY Roll-off Trash Container Rental and Disposal Services - TxDOT Saginaw Maintenance

TxDOT is soliciting bids for rental and disposal services for a 40-cubic-yard roll-off trash container at its Saginaw Maintenance facility in Tarrant County, Highway District 02. The contract will provide on-demand delivery, pickup, and environmentally compliant disposal of waste at approved landfills, with service response times of 30 calendar days for initial delivery and 60 days for replacement of damaged containers. Performance is required Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and vendors must maintain clean, graffiti-free containers. Drivers must have no DUI/DWI convictions in the past three years and no more than two moving violations. The contract has an initial term ending August 14, 2027, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. Delivery must be F.O.B. destination, with all costs including shipping and handling included in the unit price, and services must be rendered at locations designated by TxDOT, subject to change with ten days’ notice.
