Full Description
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of the NSNs listed in Attachment #1. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside for CLINs 0001 through 0003 and unrestricted for CLINs 0004 through 0010. An indefinite quantity contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. FOB Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 6/15/2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small business size standard and NAICS codes are listed in Attachment # 1. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and small business participation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed five years. Based on market research the items are commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12.201-1 in its solicitation. This acquisition involves a consolidation of requirements IAW FAR 7.107-2 and has been determined necessary and justified. The determination will be posted with the solicitation IAW 7.107-5(c).
