Provide new, complete, operational and tested mechanical hydronic heating system andventilation system as described herein, indicated on the drawings and in full conformancewith applicable codes, standards and ordinances.2. Provide all labour, materials and products as specified, and as required to accomplishthis work.3. Existing DDC panels will be upgraded to suit the heating and ventilation upgrade.4. Mechanical Contractor shall coordinate and cooperate with the DDC controlContractor for the locations of the required pressure, and temperature sensors as wellas the operation and commissioning of the upgraded hydronic system.5. The mechanical contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor for this project, responsiblefor the coordination of all trades required to carry out the work as described herein.6. Mandatory Site Visit will be held on March 03, 2026 (Tuesday) at 9:30 AM
