Vendors must submit comprehensive documentation including tax certification via a Massachusetts Substitute Form W-9, contractor authorized signatory listings, and adherence to the Commonwealth’s standard contract terms and conditions. Payments are processed via electronic funds transfer with a 45-day payment cycle upon invoice receipt. The evaluation criteria focus on vendor ability to provide suitable meeting spaces meeting required capacities and technological amenities, though no detailed scoring methodology or price structure is outlined.
