Agiliti Health, Inc. is inviting Bids for the Work involving interior alterations and building systems improvements to the Agiliti Health, Inc. Manufacturing/Office Building Parking Lot Improvements at the Hays, KS plant, as designated in the Bid Documents.
BG Consultants’ Project No. 26-1194
BG Consultants will receive bids on behalf of the Agiliti Health, Inc. for a Contract for the Project. Qualified General Contractors may submit as the General Contractor for this Work.
Bidding Documents may be examined and obtained online, on or after Tuesday, August 4, 2026, via the Drexel Technologies, Inc. Planroom, https://projectbids.drexeltech.com/, Bidding Documents may also be examined upon request at BG Consultants, Inc., located at 4806 Vue du Lac Pl., Manhattan, KS 66503. Requests shall be made to Grant Urban, Project Architect, (785) 320-2660.
Bids must be submitted electronically via email to Grant Urban, Architect, at grant.urban@bgcons.com, by Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 at 2:00pm. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Bids will be entered and tabulated by BG Consultants on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 by 12:00pm. A bid tabulation will be provided to all Bidders via email, by end of business day (EOD).
All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, at 2:00pm, located at 500 Commerce Parkway, Hays, KS 67601, immediately followed by a tour of the project scope areas.
Bidders are encouraged to visit the site upon request prior to the Bid opening to satisfy themselves with the existing conditions. Requests shall be made to Tracie Rome, Facilities Project Manager, Agiliti Health, Inc., tracie.rome@agilitihealth.com, (913) 593-6361. No allowances shall be made to bidders for negligence for not visiting the site.
Bids shall not contain any recapitulation of the work to be done. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modification will be considered.
