It is the intent of the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism (SCPRT) to identify vendors capable of supplying and delivering two (2) amphibious XTV-style vehicles with durability in saltwater environments for travel on both land and water comply with the attached specifications.  These XTVs are being purchased for us on St. Phillips Island and the successful vendor will be responsible for delivering to Hunting Island State Park
