The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) provides notice of its intent to directly award work artifact management technology to Atlassian Pty Ltd. ICBC currently operates Atlassian’s on‑premises solutions, including Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, and related plug‑ins, to support critical service delivery and operational needs. These tools are used across business and technology areas to manage requirements, support software development lifecycle activities, maintain knowledge repositories, and enable work prioritization, visibility, and progress reporting across the organization.Vendors wishing to object to this decision should send an email to Sourcing@ICBC.com by February 17, 2026 at 12:00 noon PT, citing “NOI 7030 – Atlassian Work Artifact Management Technology” in the subject line and providing specific reasons for their objection. Vendor qualifications, compliance with B.C. laws, and the ability to offer equivalent or compatible products and services for ICBC’s Jira environments at a lower cost will be key criteria in evaluating objections.
