This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Dalhousie University (“University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Audio-Visual Equipment Upgrade and Refresh of Multiple Classrooms, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The objective of this Proposal is to find a Proponent to undertake a technical upgrade and refresh of audio- visual systems in 24 classrooms located on the Halifax campus.
