BCNET is issuing a multi-category Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors for waste removal services and recycling services within the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia. Each category—Waste Removal and Recycling—will be awarded to a single Proponent based on demonstrated capabilities, experience, and competitive pricing. The successful Proponent(s) will provide all necessary equipment, containers, collection, pick-up, transportation, segregation, disposal, and processing services as required for their respective category. Where applicable, Proponents must also provide and/or maintain compactors.
