THIS IS NAVY IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI).  GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. Requested quantity is 4,892 EA. Item has QCC of LCP. Requested delivery of 637 days ARO. This NSN is commercial and will utilize solicitation and award procedures IAW FAR 13.5.
