Bid #2025-26-09: The project involves the relocation of an existing 8-foot by 20-foot pre-manufactured exterior kitchen freezer at Bonita High School. The scope of work includes all necessary demolition of existing asphalt paving, concrete, curbs, and fencing to accommodate the new freezer location. The contractor will be responsible for transporting and placing the existing freezer, reinstalling anchors, adding new structural bracing, and reconnecting electrical services. New site improvements include reinforced concrete sidewalks, accessible curb ramps, asphalt paving, and finish grading. The project also requires the construction of new accessibility improvements, including accessible parking stalls, path of travel, detectable warning surfaces, and associated signage and pavement markings. Fencing will be modified, and a new maintenance gate will be installed. The contractor must coordinate all work, inspections, and testing with the District and DSA.
