This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brazeau County (“the County”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for 2026 Orthophotography Services. The county is looking to acquire new 2026 digital Red, Green, Blue Intensity (RGBI) aerial photography and produce RGBI orthophoto which is required for both the rural areas of Brazeau County and our urban areas. Digital photography is required to be flown at a resolution of 25cm (rural) and 7.5cm (urban areas) as shown on the attached Schedule “A”. This imagery must be flown within the months of May 1 to September 30, 2026; as weather permits and will be virtually free of cloud, snow, cloud shadow, fog, and smoke to the satisfaction of the County and acceptable industry standards.
