INVITATION TO TENDERERSThe City of Surrey (the “Owner”) invites tenders for the demolition of the Bridgeview East and Bridgeview West Vacuum Stations, located at 12933 114A Avenue and 11390 125A Street, Surrey, British Columbia.The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, materials, disposals, and incidentals required tocomplete the hazardous materials abatement, demolition, removal, and off-site disposal of all interior and exterior building materials and contents, as described in these tender documents.To accommodate contractors, the City is flexible on the start date for construction of this project untilJune 25, 2026Contract Documents are available at:This Tender is being issued electronically through the Owner’s website (www.surrey.ca) and BC Bid website(www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the Tender documents directly from thesewebsites. No registration, tracking or other recording of Tender documents holders will be performed by theOwner. All addenda, or further information will be published through these websites. It is the sole responsibility of the Tenderer to monitor these websites regularly to check for updates.The Contract is based on the Canadian Construction Documents Committee CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 edition and the Owner’s Supplementary General Conditions.Information Meeting:An information meeting will be hosted by the Owner’s Representative to discuss the Owner’s requirements under this ITT (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Tenderers, Tenderers who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. There will be no additional guided walkthrough meetings after this date.
