The US Government (Transportation Security Administration - TSA) intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring at BWI Airport, MD 21240-0766. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 11,183 Rentable Square Feet / 9,726 ANSI/BOMA office area (formerly Usuable Square Feet). The space must be located on the airport premises, and all services, supplies, utilities, partioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by Monday, November 3, 2014.
