This is a regional contract that include Palm Beach county within District Four. At the discretion of the Department, work can be assigned in the additional counties of Broward, Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie. Perform Lighting Repair and Replacement Operations pursuant to the terms of this contract and at the direction of the Department on Federal Aid Highway segments and local roadways, as determined by the Department. REQUIRED SUBMITTALS: ?The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida, verifying the Contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this Contract the dollar amount is established at $500,000.00. ?Form 575-060-13 Non-collusion Declaration and Compliance with 49 CFR &29 No quantities are guaranteed and there will be no unit cost adjustment for quantities required over or under the estimated quantities. This contract will be awarded based on the total amount of $0 (zero) dollars and not the contractor's bid total. Additional funds will be added to the contract as needed. Pre-Qualified: Contractor must be pre-qualified.
