Full Description

CERTIFIED ENERGY MANAGER COURSE. The solicitation number is FA8601-11-T-0262. The NAICS Code is 611430. The size standard is $7,000,000. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is the Association of Energy Engineers, Inc. The purchase is to conduct a Certified Energy manager (CEM) Course. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
