The Integrated Infrastructure Services Department is responsible for the provision of advanced level Programming, Design and Engineering expertise to various City departments in the area of facilities and facility systems. This includes, but is not limited to, investigation and report, maintenance engineering, renovation, alteration and retrofit, energy management, environmental management, and new construction of City owned and leased space. The Small Scope Projects standing arrangement is intended to support small/ emergent architectural firms develop municipal experience through providing architectural services for small projects across the full breadth of City facility types.
