The City of Red Deer's Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is looking to retain an Engineering Consultant for the WTP UV Reactor Replacement project, as the current UV reactor parts will become obsolete in the near future. One of the project objectives is to maximize energy efficiency, with UV reactors that are suitable for various operating conditions while meeting required treatment levels. This will involve engineering for the Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Construction Services, Programming and Commissioning, and Post-Construction phases.
