CNF Complex Needs Emergency Center Space in North Battleford for Lease_B

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement invites proposals from property owners and developers for the lease of a building in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, which can accommodate office, storage and clinical space. The approximate area of space required is a total Usable Area of 474.00 square metres (5,102.09 square feet), which should equate to an approximate total Rentable Area of 568.80 square metres (6,122.51 square feet), comprised of approximately 32.00 square metres (344.45 square feet) of office space, 40.00 square metres (430.56 square feet) of storage space, and 469.00 square metres (5,048.27 square feet) of other space. Building spaces within a range of 20% more of Usable Area will also be considered. The proposal is to include the provision of Ten (10) automobile parking stalls to be equipped with electrical outlets or located in a heated parking garage. Occupancy is to be approximately April 1, 2027. Secure electronic proposals will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 5:00 PM CST, July 20, 2026, and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Proposal Information. Proposals must be submitted via email, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the proposal documents. The proposal shall be made on the standard Offer Form provided by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (attached). Proposals will be evaluated based on the information contained in the proposal documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all proposal received.
