AI Contract Overview
This solicitation is for the procurement of six electrical plug connectors under NSN 5935-01-112-6434 for the Department of Defense Maritime Supply Chain ESOC Buys. The contract requires delivery within five days after the order is placed and mandates strict adherence to DLA packaging, physical identification, and bare item marking requirements. The contract is subject to stringent export controls under ITAR and EAR regulations, meaning technical data cannot be shared with foreign persons or exported without prior authorization from the Department of State or Commerce. To access this data, contractors must hold an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and complete required DLA export-control training and questionnaires. The solicitation is managed by the Defense Logistics Agency with a response deadline of August 24, 2026.
