Construction Management (At Risk) Services for the Regina OAT/RAAM/VAAM Tenant Improvements Project

This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan ("GOS") to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Construction Management at Risk Services for the Regina Opioid Addiction Treatment / Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine / Virtual Access to Addiction Medicine Tenant Improvements Project (the "Project") in Regina, Saskatchewan, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). To fully understand the scope of the requirements, it is mandatory that Proponents attend an in-person site visit before submitting a proposal. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit, please submit Appendix D - Confidentiality Agreement via Messages in GEM by July 8, 2026.
