Contract 2026-3014 This project is located on Highway 3 from 1,105m West of First Avenue to 1,895m East of First Avenue within the City of St. Thomas in Elgin County. This project includes grading, granular base, hot mix paving and associated municipal utility relocations. Construction is anticipated to commence in Summer 2026 and be completed by Winter 2026.
