U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Field Support Directorate (FSD) is responsible for global support by maintaining and sustaining the enforcement technologies leveraged by the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) as they secure the nation’s borders. FSD is the operations and maintenance organization responsible for information technology, land mobile and wireless radio communications, and surveillance enforcement technology. FSD employees provide technology services, implement projects, and maintain deployed surveillance equipment and systems to reduce downtime and maintain operational availability.
The contractor shall provide maintenance and sustainment support services for CBP enforcement systems and technology. These services include, but not limited to, program management support, logistics and supply management support, corrective and preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, installation, and sustainment of the surveillance systems and tactical command and control communications networks. This task order be awarded to one (1) vendor that is qualified to bid using GSA Small Business 8(a) Stars III.
