AI Contract Overview
This contract specifies the procurement of a dial pressure gauge labeled SG4NN60PWRANA with NSN 6685012952377 under solicitation SPE4A5-26-T-286N, issued by the Department of Defense through the ASC Supplier Operations OEM Division. The requirement is for 118 units to be delivered FOB origin within 173 days with zero quantity variance, and both inspection and acceptance occur at the manufacturer’s facility. Technical and quality requirements are governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with specific provisions including tailored quality standards, inspection and acceptance at origin, removal of government identification from non-accepted items, and mandatory use of MIL-STD-1916 or an equivalent zero-based sampling plan for verification. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E with designated methods, materials, and container types, and palletization follows DLA packaging standards. Mercury and mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited except in specified functional components such as batteries, fluorescent lamps, sensors, and authorized instrumentation, which must include a secondary containment boundary per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Measuring and test equipment used in production must be calibrated and controlled. The contract is a total small business set-aside with a response deadline of July 22, 2026, and the unit of issue is each (EA), priced at $118.00 per unit with a total contract value of $13,924.
