This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 for the purpose of gathering information from qualified AV integrators and technology solution providers regarding options, capabilities, and recommended approaches for modernizing the Council Chambers Audio-Visual (AV) system. This modernization aims to enhance audio clarity, improve hybrid meeting experiences, upgrade aging components, and ensure long-term reliability and supportability. If the County proceeds to a competitive procurement, all RFI respondents will be notified and invited to submit a bid to any subsequent RFP; participation in this RFI does not prequalify a supplier or confer any advantage. The information obtained will be used to assess current capabilities and inform future procurement processes.
