Deer Valley Maintenance Contract

Service work will may include the following; however, the description of service is not meant to limit normal safety requirements or service delivery expectations indicated in this RFP: Plowing/removing snow from roads, streets and any internal roads Sanding of hills within the Organized Hamlet Road repairs which may include spot patching Sign straightening, replacement and new installation Mowing along all road allowances and municipal reserves where required including loose garbage pickup and removal from mowing areas Trimming around trees and signposts Weed control Pest control Street sweeping De-icing agents must be environmentally- friendly and approved as safe for use on concrete and asphalt surfaces Snow shall be placed in designated areas that will prevent melt water from draining back onto cleared surfaces Snow removal operation should not impede homeowner access or egress from their properties.
