The Department of the Navy (DON) has identified a requirement for an Electronic Procurement System (EPS) capability to replace the contract writing capabilities of the existing legacy Department of Defense (DOD) Standard Procurement System (SPS) implementation, and potentially, the capabilities of the DON's other legacy contract writing systems in its environment. DON is seeking information regarding the potential of the market to support providing an EPS. The information gathered through this RFI process will help influence future product investments and support in the DON. Modifictaion 0001: The due date has been extended by a week, to March 11th. Modification 0002: This adminstrative modification provides additional clarification of Paragraph 3 and deconflicts Paragraph 2 and Attachment C.
