The project must comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC), and applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), alongside the Army’s standard aircraft maintenance hangar design. Evaluation criteria for award will include past performance, technical approach, small business participation, and price. In compliance with federal regulations, Project Labor Agreements will be required. Prospective offerors must register with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate. An organized site visit will be scheduled, and all changes to the solicitation will be posted through official channels.
