This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the R.M. of Corman Park to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an ERP – Financial System Modernization Solution, implementation services, and ongoing support. The R.M. of Corman Park is seeking to replace its financial system, with a modern, scalable solution that serves as a core business application for finance. This new system is expected to enhance functionality, ensure business continuity, and meet the R.M.’s operational and organizational needs. With a population of nearly 10,000 and growing, spanning over 1,893 km², and supported by a workforce of 90 employees, the R.M. delivers a full range of municipal services. Its 2026 annual budget includes $25.2 million in operating funds and $4.5 million in capital funds. To support growth and improve service delivery, the R.M. requires an updated financial system capable of meeting its current and future needs. The desired solution will fulfill core financial requirements with some customization. Where applicable, department-level systems will be integrated into the new financial system to maximize usability, enhance analytical capabilities, improve customer service, and eliminate redundancies.
