FEMA Region 1 intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for new 24v Industrial Battery, model 12-125-13 / 750AH forklift replacement battery based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which represents the best value to the Government. Evaluation of price will be based on the offeror's aggregate price for all supplies as required in the attached SOW. Please read attachment in its entirety. If you have any questions, please email me no later than August 7th 2025, by noon EST. Please submit all quotes via email by 3p.m Est on August 11, 2025. Location of delivery Info: Disaster Resource Support Facility (DRSF) 1580 Washington Street Holliston, MA 01746 Instructions to Offerors 1. To ensure timely evaluation of the proposal, the offeror must follow the instructions contained herein. The quote must be complete, independent, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. 2. Offeror must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration by closing date of the solicitation. 3. The contracting officer has determined there is a good probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the contracting officer will review this determination and if the contracting officer�s determines adequate price competition exists no additional information will be requested. 4. The Government intends on awarding a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. 5. Set-Aside Requirement: This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers will be considered. 6. The contractor shall return a proposal on company letterhead. In addition, the contractor agrees to hold pricing for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. 7. Submissions: The contractor will complete and submit the following in order to be considered for award: a. Offeror must submit a proposal indicating its technical approach and capability, and understanding of the requirements set forth in the SOW b. Offeror must submit a detailed itemized quote, which shall include: Business Name; Address; Phone Number; Point of Contact: Email Address; UEI, DUNS Number and/or Cage Code. Basis for Award The Government intends on awarding a firm fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. Government will issue award to offeror with the who have complied with the submission and evaluation requirements listed in this document and prices were determined to be fair and reasonable.
