Invitation to Tender for Gladstone Street Watermain Replacement. The Gladstone Street Watermain Replacement project is located in the community of Halifax, NS. This project includes all work associated with the replacement of existing water main on Gladstone Street, between Almon Street and North Street. The construction includes all required earthworks operations, excavation of common material, rock breaking, disposal, connections to existing watermains, pipe accessories and appurtenances, valves and fittings, valve boxes, thrust restraint, welding, cathodic protection, testing, disinfection, reconnecting to the existing water system, service replacements, hydrants and hydrant leads, catch basin lead replacements and reinstatement of all disturbed infrastructure and surfaces.
