The purpose of Amendment 0002 to RFP W519TC26RA020 is to extend out the proposal submission deadline, incorporate Attachment 0006, and update Attachment 0001, Attachment 0002 and Exhibit A. The proposal submission deadline has been extended from Monday, June 22 at 1:00pm CDT to Thursday, July 2 at 5:00pm CDT. Additionally, Amendment 0002 hereby incorporates Attachment 0006 - Government Answers to Industry RFIs to the Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition Plant (AAP) Design, Build, and Commissioning Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) RFP W519TC26RA020. The Attachment 0006 includes answers to all questions received through the original RFI deadline of May 29, 2026 at 3:00pm CDT as well as questions received by the extended RFI deadline of June 3, 2026 at 5:00pm CDT (See RFP W519TC26RA020, Amendment 0001). All timely questions were reviewed by the Government team, and all applicable amendments to the RFP W519TC26RA020 corresponding to the Attachment 0006 answers have been incorporated throughout the solicitation document, and updates have been made to Attachment 0001 - MATOC HTRO Self-Scoring Matrix, Attachment 0002 - MATOC Statement of Work and Exhibit A - OPSEC CDRL. This amended RFP, Amendment 0002 to W519TC26RA020 supersedes all previous RFP versions. Any future amendments or updates will be posted to PIEE.
