The R.M. of Lomond No. 37 is opening a new gravel pit lease in the W. 1/2 7-3-17-W2M, and is requesting bids for the following: -Topsoil stripping and stockpiling of an area approximately 15 acres; and - Gravel crushing of approximately 30,000 yards of Type 106 traffic gravel. Contract start date and end date has been revised as noted under Additional Information. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the site to determine the nature of the aggregate to be crushed and the topography of the area. Site inspections can be arranged by contacting the municipal foreman, Cole Rowlett at 306-897-7171. Tender questions can be submitted to the municipal office, please call 306-456-2566.
Contract starting date has been amended to SEPTEMBER 21ST, 2026 (potentially sooner, but not before September 1st, 2026). Contract ending date has been amended to DECEMBER 10TH, 2026.
