Grizzly Lake Weekend Site Host

The Ministry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC is issuing a Request for Proposal for a weekend site host at Grizzly Lake Recreation Site in the Vernon area (Contract RC272590003) for the period of May 15, 2026, to March 15, 2027, with possible 2 additional years of renewal upon successful and satisfactory completion of first year. We will accept sealed RFP’s until 11:00AM (local time PST) April 13th, 2026. RFP’s will be opened in private at 11:00AM (local time PST) April 14th, 2026. The bids will be publicly posted once the successful bidder is confirmed.There will not be an information meeting held for this opportunity.The work will involve weekend on site host duties, including cleaning, maintenance of facilities and repairs, and visitor data collection on Recreation Sites identified in Appendix A - Minor Works Contract RC272590003.Packages are available for immediate downloading at the above links under supplier attachments.
