The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC is contemplating a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to IPS Custom Automation, Integrated Production Systems, Inc., 2750 113th Street, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 for Fragment Test Vessel for IM Testing. The contractor shall provide the following: 30 Open ended steel cups with an OD= 6 ±.100�?, an ID= 5±.100�? and a wall thickness of .5 ± .100�?. Cups to be made from 8620 steel; Cups to have pin holes, .125 ±.005�? in diameter; Outer wall of cup to have 6�?-16thread with a groove that will be .300±.002�? wide and .005 ±.002�? deep; 60 pins to be .125 ±.005�?; 6 sets of impact plates made out of 4340 steel in the following thicknesses: .050�?, .100�?, .150�?, .200�?, .250�?, .300�?. Impact plates shall each have 2 holes .128 +.001; 30 End caps with an OD= 7 ±.100�?, an ID= 6 ±.100�? with a 5�?-16 inner thread. End caps to be made from 8620 steel; 30 1±.010�? plugs .75 ±.002�? long with a 1�?- 16 outer thread. Plugs to be made from 1018 hex steel. See Numbere Note 22
