Hazardous Materials Compliance and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Preparation

The contract requires the identification of hazardous materials within components or packaging and the preparation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) that fully comply with OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.1200(g) regulations and the Federal Acquisition Regulation clause FAR 52.223-3. Performance must occur at the designated location in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, 17070-5002, and responses are due by August 14, 2026.
