Full Description
DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Heat Interchanger, Refrigerant, National Stock Number (NSN) 4130-01-365-2740, RIX Industries (CAGE: 28953), PART NUMBER: A71-D2416.
RIX Industries (CAGE: 28953), is the designated Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the NSN.
Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. For alternate offers, the offeror must provide a complete technical data package including date for the approved and alternate part for evaluation.
The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 11 EA.
The government intends to make a single award. The solicitation will utilize FAR Part 15 procedures.
Price is the only evaluation factor that will be utilized for the proposed acquisition.

Failure to respond to the posted RFP and associated amendment(s) prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render vendor offer non-responsive and may result in rejection of same.
