The Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) requires program support services for the Homeland Security Information Network - Critical Infrastructure Information Sharing Environment. Homeland Security Information Network - Critical Infrastructure (HSIN-CI) is Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA's) largest Site Collection operating under the HSIN Enterprise System, which is maintained by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) HSIN Program Management Office (HSIN-PMO) located within the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The Contractor shall provide support for HSIN-CI and Critical Infrastructure- Information Sharing Environment (CI-ISE) to include: program management, stakeholder engagement, platform management, technical assistance for users and HSIN-CI Program office staff, site design / SharePoint design and architecture and maintenance support, along with technical project management, technical consulting, facilitation and documentation support to DHS through the enterprise architecture and lifecycle sustainment of the HSIN-CI portals.
