Infrastructure - Invitation to Bid - EDMONTON - Group Home Renovations

Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Interior renovation of 4 group homes comprising of kitchen renovation, bathroom renovations and flooring replacement. Provide bid security in the form of an electronic bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. The bid bond must immediately be verifiable by the Province using the bid bond’s electronic content verification process with respect to the totality and wholeness of the bond form, including but not limited to the content of the bid bond, all signatures and seals affixed thereto, or any other aspects that may prevent the enforceability and/or realization of the bid bond by the Province, with the surety company or an approved verification service provider of the surety company.
