Delivery is due within 131 days, with the original required delivery date set for January 11, 2027, and a need ship date of December 22, 2026. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, and preservation and packaging must exclude mercury entirely under IP056. The delivery address is the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and the contract includes specific instructions for transportation referencing DLAD procedural notes. The sole point of contact for inquiries is Hien-Van Trinh of the DLA, with technical compliance tied to the referenced DLA master requirements effective as of the solicitation issue date.
