Project Description: 1. The project involves the consolidation of two existing X-ray rooms into a single Digital Radiography (DR) suite. Additionally, the second X-ray room will be re-purposed to accommodate a new Ultrasound room, enhancing diagnostic capabilities and patient comfort.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:• Selective demolition and hoarding.• Installation of new finishes.• Electrical and Mechanical upgrades to accommodate new medical imaging equipment.• Coordination for installation of Owner supplied equipment.Note: New General Radiographic System equipment & Ultrasound Equipment will be procured by Owner.It is imperative that at least 1 X-ray Room remains operational for X-ray imaging throughout the duration of construction. Prior to commencing with room takeover for Phase 2, Phase 1 will need to be fully operational (expect 1-2 weeks for installation & training from vendor). Pre-works for Phase 2 may commence provided there is no impact on imaging. Phase 2 (Ultrasound Renovation) is expected to be complete and ready for takeover by July 31, 2026. This project has a strict funding expiration and must be financially complete by October 2026. 2.
