No exceptions to this will be permitted.All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Brief Description of WorkHampton House at 3333 Seaton Street is a two-storey, wood-framed building consisting of 81 units. 66 of these units are bachelor suites and 15 are one-bedroom suites. The cladding is a combination of vinyl siding and stucco over a concealed moisture barrier, with significant damage and biological growth noted around the building. Several leaks have also occurred through the building envelope, along with failures to various windows, doors, and crawlspace piping.Hazardous materials are present within the building; therefore, the contractor must submit their project specific abatement plan as per section 3.7 of this ITT. Further to this, the scope of work will require interior suite access, and the successful proponent must make every effort to schedule their work to minimize disruption to residents. The successful proponent must also carry a tenant coordinator as per Appendix G, and they must assist with suite turnover coordination.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
