This Request for Proposals (RFP-BAFO) is an invitation by MacEwan University to qualified and experienced proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Chemical Management System. The University seeks to identify and select a supplier capable of delivering a comprehensive, cloud-based solution that will support its requirements for safe, compliant, and efficient management of chemical inventories across multiple science departments, laboratories, and facilities. The desired solution will: • Replace the University’s legacy chemical inventory system with a modern, user-friendly platform. • Provide enhanced functionality for tracking, reporting, and auditing chemical usage and storage. • Improve compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Offer scalable access for laboratory technicians, faculty, staff, students, Health & Safety, and Facilities Management. This RFP is open to all qualified suppliers capable of providing the requested system, implementation services, training, and ongoing technical support.
