The Government is conducting market research to identify parties interested and capable of manufacturing the NSN 1660-01-652-7884 Oxygen Mask, currently produced by Avox Systems, Inc. Potential vendors must have the resources to handle all aspects of manufacturing, including procurement of components, inspection, testing, packaging, shipping, and supply chain management. The contract anticipates an estimated annual quantity of 80 units, and vendors should be able to manage logistics, production forecasting, and address issues related to diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages. This effort aims to gather information to determine the appropriate procurement method, and no solicitation or request for proposals is currently active. Interested parties should demonstrate the ability to provide labor, materials, facilities, and equipment as well as successfully implement project management plans that ensure schedule adherence, cost control, performance tracking, staffing, and risk mitigation. Responses to this sources sought notice, aligned with NAICS code 333414, are voluntary and must be submitted by May 26, 2026, to Renee Griffin at DLA Aviation.
