The Government is conducting market research to identify parties interested and capable of manufacturing the NSN 1660-01-652-7884 Oxygen Mask, currently produced by Avox Systems, Inc. Potential vendors must have the resources to handle all aspects of manufacturing, including procurement of components, inspection, testing, packaging, shipping, and supply chain management. Interested parties should demonstrate the ability to provide labor, materials, facilities, and equipment as well as successfully implement project management plans that ensure schedule adherence, cost control, performance tracking, staffing, and risk mitigation. Responses to this sources sought notice, aligned with NAICS code 333414, are voluntary and must be submitted by May 26, 2026, to Renee Griffin at DLA Aviation. The purpose of this notice is to prepare vendors for potential future procurement opportunities, with no current financial obligations on behalf of the government.
