The Ministry of Mental Health and Addiction (MHA) is seeking proposals for a Capital Development and Implementation Consultant to support the development of infrastructure aligned with the Alberta Recovery Model of addiction and mental health care for adults and youth. The development of these assets addresses a critical need to provide support and services to Albertans experiencing addiction and mental health issues. MHA will require capital development and implementation support to optimize current and future programs and services on an Ad-Hoc Basis. Mental Health and Addition treatment Facilities provide residential addiction treatment and recovery supports focusing on the whole person and overall lifestyle changes for adults and youth experiencing addiction, providing opportunities to enhance life skills, social competencies, and recovery capital to help clients return to full community living.
