The Project is comprised of the following components: • Construction of a Public Works Shop and Office located west of the Village of Hughenden on a portion of SE-18-41-7 W4M. The qualified contractor shall also provide a full scope of services inclusive of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and peripheral landscaping services, as may be required. This project has a $9.5M budget for all construction. Construction firms with relevant experience are encouraged to submit proposals. Contract used will be a Cost-Plus contract. All prospective proponents shall attend a site meeting on February 18th, 2026 at 1 p.m. Failure to attend the mandatory site meeting will result in immediate disqualification of the proponent. The qualified proponent shall be responsible for the following: • Obtaining all permits and approvals necessary for the construction of the Project; • Provision of utilities and other site services required to support the Project, including off-site works as required. • Completion of the Project by Spring 2027. See Appendix A for site and floor plan drawings. See Appendix B for Scope of Work.
