Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando, requires the procurement of critical brand-name spare components essential for the operational readiness and instructional effectiveness of the Navy Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. NADMT is built upon a highly complex, system-of-systems architecture. This procurement provides the necessary hardware to establish the System Integration Laboratory (SIL), a vital facility that enables the seamless integration of the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with Carrier Air Wing (CVW) platforms. This acquisition will be conducted on a Brand-Name basis for all commercial components detailed in the attachment, solicited via SAM.gov to all responsible sources.
The selected contractor shall be responsible for the procurement, inspection, and delivery of a comprehensive spares package to San Diego, CA. To optimize logistics and streamline Government acceptance, the contractor shall consolidate shipments to the maximum extent practicable.
